If your delivery needs to be at a specified time, we offer "timed delivery" for a fee during the checkout process.
Please be sure to include the RECIPIENT'S CORRECT PHONE NUMBER, (not your phone number, this delays your delivery) gate codes or any other special instructions to ensure a smooth delivery. Due to unreliable Texas weather, House Of Flowers MUST call and schedule your delivery with the recipient. Flowers CAN NOT be left on the porch during the summer. Please try and make sure your recipient will be home at time of delivery. We will attempt delivery once and then offer them an in-studio pickup. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
